A tart yet fragrantly sweet vinegar, steeped with fresh strawberries and basil. Delicious splashed over a Caprese salad- sliced tomatoes, bocconcini and basil.
Combine with good quality olive oil and drizzle over cos lettuce, avocado and cucumber.
Splash over ice cream and fresh strawberries.
